Wyndham Hall

78-106 Dufferin Road (2002) facing the grounds of the Governor General's Residence, this 15 unit development was the recipient of a City of Ottawa Heritage Infill Award.

Jefferson Hall (1996-1997)

Because of the sensitive treatment of this development, Charlesfort was presented with a Heritage Infill Award by the City of Ottawa. Charlesfort was given the "Builder of the Year 2000 Award" by the Ontario New Home Warranty Program for excellence in design and customer service for the Jefferson Hall apartments.

This 23 unit development was the recipient of the City of Ottawa Heritage and Infill Award for Excellence for the manner in which it blended in with the surrounding neighbourhood.

The Glassworks

29 Main Street (2002) is a 32 unit mixed use edifice consisting of 31-2 storey loft apartments and one single level commercial space. The Glassworks was the recipient of a City of Ottawa Heritage Infill Award.
